Our family had a wonderful experience at Nautilus Island. The main house is beautiful with large living spaces, comfortable bedrooms and tasteful decor. We enjoyed lazing around the scenic pool with views of sailboats crossing Penobscot Bay and sitting on the covered porch at sunset. Chef Keith kept us well fed. We loved the western bar with its ping pong table and a cool old fireplace. The estate also has many well-groomed trails that we used to explore various sites, including rocky shorelines, an orchard and a wooded peninsula overlooking Castine Harbor. The boat shuttle to and from the island is a quick 5 minutes, and Tommy was flexible to take us to shore when needed. Thank you for a wonderful week at your island home!”
